(Junior) Business Functional Analyst in Zürich

We are seeking a (Junior) Business Analyst to join our Private Banking division and support the delivery of regulatory change initiatives on a global and multi-regional level. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or candidates with a few years of relevant experience who are looking to deepen their expertise in financial services and regulatory change.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Operations, and Business teams to ensure the effective implementation of regulatory requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the analysis and evaluation of new global and multi-regional regulatory initiatives in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Assist in defining and documenting detailed regulatory and business requirements alongside key stakeholders.

Help coordinate cross-regional implementation efforts to ensure consistent solutions that align with both business needs and technical capabilities.

Contribute to the review and update of internal and external documents such as client communications, contracts, and operational procedures.

Organize and support project-related training sessions and internal communications.

Assist in preparing materials and presenting project updates to various governance bodies.

Your Skills and Experience:

University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field.

Some previous internship or work experience in financial services, consulting, project management, or business analysis is desirable.

Interest and/or experience in regulatory topics, compliance, or anti-financial crime (AFC/KYC).

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholder groups.

Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn and grow in a challenging environment.
