Customer Service Representative in Freiburg
Ensure the complete processing of orders for assigned countries, from receipt to billing and shipping, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Tasks:
• Manage the complete cycle of orders (receipt, validation, billing, shipping).
• Track and resolve blocked orders.
• Prepare billing and shipping documents (export, import, banking).
• Organize the transport and ensure tracking until delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain accurate sales projections and assess risks.
• Apply SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and regular calls with clients/distributors.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile :
• Training in the field of customer service
• Ideally prior experience in customer service or order management.
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM and MS Office applications.
• Customer oriented, flexible, proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• English/ French
