Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Auftragsabwicklung: Komplette administrative Abwicklung von Export- und Importgeschäften unter Einhaltung internationaler Richtlinien.

Zollwesen: Erstellung von Zolldokumenten, Ursprungszeugnissen und Warenverkehrsbescheinigungen

Logistik-Koordination: Enger Kontakt mit Speditionen und Zollorganen für einen reibungslosen Warenfluss.

Lagerverwaltung: Überwachung der Bestände und Sicherstellung einer effizienten Lagerorganisation.

Statistiken & Reporting: Erstellung regelmässiger Auswertungen und Kennzahlen für die Geschäftsleitung.

Compliance: Überwachung von Akkreditiven sowie Kontrolle der Exportkontrollvorschriften.

qualifications

Ihr Profil:

Kaufmännische Grundbildung sowie eine spezifische Weiterbildung im Aussenhandel
Fundierte Erfahrung in der internationalen Logistik und Exportsachbearbeitung
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office
Sie sind organisationsstark, arbeiten exakt und sind offen für neue Herausforderungen sowie bereit, stetig Neues zu lernen, um sich in Ihrem Fachbereich weiterzuentwickeln.
