For our client, an international trading company in the canton Zug, we are looking for:Finance Manager (m/f/d) 60-80% (Canton Zug or Zurich)Aufgaben

Manage and verify payroll processing.
Maintain smooth daily banking interactions, including transactions, collections, and letters of credit (LC) management.
Social security administration, interact with insurance companies and tax authorities.
Collaborate on preparing tax reports and VAT settlements.
Assist the accounting team with processing tasks, particularly at month-end close and as needed.
Contribute to external audits.
Provide administrative support to the team, including accounts receivable/payable management.

Qualifikation

Professional experience in a similar role
Knowledge of payroll procedures and related taxation
Flexible, responsible, independent and a team player
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Bexio is an advantage)
Good communication skills in German and English are essential
EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
