For our client, an innovative biotechnology company in Switzerland specializing in bioanalytical method development and validation services, we are seeking a talented Bioanalytical Scientist (m/f/d). This forward-thinking organization is renowned for its expertise in immunoassays, LC-MS/MS technologies, and GMP-compliant analytical solutions, serving leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies across all stages of drug development.

Your Mission

Drive bioanalytical method innovation by developing, optimizing, and validating immunoassays, ELISA protocols, and advanced analytical techniques
Lead cross-functional project initiatives from initial setup through GMP validation, ensuring seamless method transfer and implementation
Create comprehensive scientific documentation including SOPs, validation protocols, technical reports, and regulatory compliance materials
Foster collaborative partnerships with project managers, QA teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure project excellence and timeline adherence
Coordinate routine testing operations including assay planning, GMP-compliant data review, inventory management, and analyst training programs
Provide hands-on laboratory support when critical project milestones require direct technical intervention
Maintain laboratory equipment excellence through qualification protocols, preventive maintenance, and continuous operational readiness

Your Scientific Profile

Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences discipline
Proven hands-on expertise with immunoassays, particularly ELISA methodologies and applications
Advanced knowledge of enzymatic assays, Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), Cell-Based Bioassays (CBBA), or gel electrophoresis techniques preferred
Comprehensive GMP understanding with practical experience in method development, validation processes, and regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP)
Statistical analysis proficiency using JMP, PLA, or similar data analysis software platforms is advantageous
Exceptional scientific writing abilities combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional team environments
