Tasks

Eigenständige Durchführung des monatlichen Payroll-Laufs inkl. lohnrelevanter Mutationen (SAP HCM)
Schnittstelle zu Sozialversicherungen, Pensionskasse und Steuerämtern
Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Payroll-Fragen
Verantwortung für Schnittstellen zur Zeitwirtschaft und Finanzbuchhaltung
Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten sowie Verantwortung für Jahresendarbeiten (ELM, Lohnrunde, Incentives)

Qualifications

Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Payroll-Weiterbildung
Fundierte Erfahrung im Payroll (ca. 10 Jahre)
SAP HCM Kenntnisse (oder hohe Lernbereitschaft)
Sehr gute MS Office Skills (Excel)
Selbstständige, präzise Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
