Sie werden gründlich in Ihr neues Arbeitsumfeld eingeführt. Aufgrund Ihres Know-hows und Ihrer Erfahrung werden Sie mit entsprechenden Projektaufgaben betraut. Mit Ihrer lösungsorientierten und methodisch kompetenten Arbeitserfahrung bringen Sie anspruchsvolle Projekte und Teilprojekte zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss. Sie interagieren mit Kunden und Partnern und sorgen abteilungs- und standortübergreifend für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und mit Ihren Kollegen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Verantwortung als Projektleiter(-in) SAS bei Cyber Security Projekten von Schutz und Automationssystemen
Sie steuern und kontrollieren die schweizweit Projekte bzgl. Kosten ( Budgetplanung, -einhaltung und -verfolgung), Terminen und Qualität gemäss den definierten Projektzielen
Sie koordinieren internen sowie externen Projektmitarbeitenden und Fachabteilungen einschliesslich Stakeholder
Sie gewährleisten in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialisten und Lieferanten einen sicheren Anlagenbetrieb während allen Arbeiten der zugewiesenen Projekte
Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz und leisten so einen wichtigen Beitrag zu unserer „safety first“ Kultur
Planung, Organisation und Steuerung von Projekten im Elektrotechnikbereich / Montagearbeiten im Netzausbau.

Ihr Profil

abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium bevorzugt im Fachgebiet Elektrotechnik oder Informationstechnik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
mehrere Jahre Projektleitungerfahrung im Bereich Substation Automation Systems (SAS) oder ähnlichem Gebiet
Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Berechtigungsmanagement, ISMS, IT-Sicherheitskonzepte, Datenschutz, Cyber Security, IT-Grundschutz oder Schwachstellenmanagement
sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, inklusive Hardware, Software und Netzwerke werden gewünscht
Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen. SAP-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
Plichtbewusste und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

You will be thoroughly familiarised with your new working environment. Based on your expertise and experience, you will be entrusted with relevant project tasks. With your solution-orientated and methodically competent work experience, you will bring challenging projects and sub-projects to a successful conclusion. You will interact with customers and partners and ensure efficient co-operation with suppliers and colleagues across departments and locations.

Your tasks

Responsibility as Project Manager SAS for cyber security projects for protection and automation systems
You manage and control projects throughout Switzerland in terms of costs (budget planning, compliance and tracking), deadlines and quality in accordance with the defined project objectives
You coordinate internal and external project staff and specialist departments, including stakeholders
In collaboration with technical specialists and suppliers, you ensure safe plant operation during all work on the assigned projects
You support the implementation of occupational safety, health and environmental protection and thus make an important contribution to our "safety first" culture
Planning, organisation and management of electrical engineering projects / installation work in grid expansion.

Your profile

Degree in engineering, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or information technology or equivalent training
Several years of project management experience in the field of Substation Automation Systems (SAS) or a similar field
Experience in several of the following areas: Authorisation management, ISMS, IT security concepts, data protection, cyber security, IT baseline protection or vulnerability management
Very good IT knowledge, including hardware, software and networks is desired
Very good written and spoken German or English.
Confident handling of MS Office programmes. SAP knowledge advantageous
Committed and team-orientated personality
Careful and precise working methods, strong quality awareness and a structured way of working.
