Regional General Manager EMEA (Sales & Market Development) (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
Own and drive the full EMEA P&L — delivering sustainable revenue, margin, and cash flow growth across diverse markets
Design and execute a bold growth roadmap, balancing direct-to-customer, channel, and digital go-to-market strategies
Lead a high-performing, multicultural leadership team across sales, marketing, service, and operations
Partner closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance to optimize customer experience, lead times, and working capital KPIs
Champion data-driven decision-making through rigorous business reviews and agile course corrections
Ensure compliance with global trade, ESG, and corporate governance standards
Profil
Executive-level experience with full regional P&L responsibility in a global B2B or premium consumer goods environment (preferably in an OEM or retail company)
Proven success scaling business units, launching new commercial models, and exceeding ambitious growth targets
Inspirational leader with a track record of building and retaining diverse, high-impact teams across geographies
Strong analytical mindset — fluent in dashboards, financial modeling, and evidence-based strategy
Confident communicator with C-suite stakeholders, government bodies, and external partners
Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
Comfortable working across time zones and open to frequent travel
