Tasks

Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance of infrastructure and equipment

Monitor and manage technical building maintenance activities

Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for maintenance work

Identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective measures

Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules

Manage work orders and collaborate with different departments

Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure proper stock control

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all maintenance operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in industrial or building maintenance

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general servicing

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills

Flexibility to work weekends when required

Fluency in French (mandatory) and good knowledge of German (minimum B1 level)

Relevant technical qualification (Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent)
