Trainee Business Consulting

The role

As a consulting intern at Zuhlke you will work as part of our client work. You will take on exciting projects in the field of digital consulting which range from digital strategy development, design and launch of digital products and services to bespoke consulting solutions. Typically, you will perform analyses or research tasks. You will our our consulting teams develop and test hypotheses.
Duration: 6 months

How you’ll make an impact

You'll work directly as part of our consulting teams on your client engagements. You support our consultants in crafting hypotheses, performing analyses, devising customer presentations, organising and assisting in execution of client workshops – you become a real member of our consulting team.
You support us in the further development of our offerings (e.g. transformation consulting, organisational consulting, operating model design, enterprise architecture management) by helping us conducting customer surveys, studies, as well as devising professional op-eds and white papers.
You help us with the preparation of commercial offers and with the maintenance of our customer relations (e.g. coordination and organisation of client touchpoints).

What’s important to us

Enrolled in a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Business, Innovation, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science and/or related degree
Initial practical experience (e.g. from relevant internships) and feel comfortable working with innovation frameworks and new working models.
Passion for innovation, technology and consulting
Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluently in German and proficient in English.
