Global Project Manager CRM (m/f/d) in Basel

For our client, a well-established international company we are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Project Leader for the global CRM TransformationYour responsibilities

Own the end-to-end execution of the global CRM transformation, aligning with commercial goals and customer

engagement strategies * Partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing leadership to define requirements and ensure delivery of tangible businessvalue * Translate strategic objectives into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones and KPIs

Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring alignment and

accountability * Drive stakeholder engagement and lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term success

Monitor progress, manage risks, and report opportunities to executive sponsors
Ensure process harmonization and system usability remain central to decision-making

Your qualifications:

Proven experience leading business-driven CRM transformations across multiple countries
Strong understanding of commercial processes and how CRM supports Sales, Service, and Marketing effectiveness
Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging at both executive and operational levels
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Familiarity with Veeva CRM in life sciences or MedTech settings
Understanding of D365 ERP or comparable business systems
Proficient in project delivery using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (around 40%)
