Aufgaben:

PMI Coordination and Program Management (Conducting project management services)
Coordination and operational management of individual sub-workstreams within the PMI project. Serving as a link between the sub-workstreams and the overarching PMI AM Integration Workstream

Led overall coordination and central governance of integration workstreams
Managed large scale change programs
Managed project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
Prepared materials for Steering Committees and sponsor status meetings
Maintained integration plans, risk registers, and KPI dashboards in MyIMO
Identified critical issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation

‍

Anforderungen:

‍‍Coordination of PMI (Post-Merger Integration) projects, ideally in asset management
Managed large scale change programs
Experience managing both functional and cultural integration aspects
Proven track record of successfully achieving integration objectives
Strong expertise in project management
MS Power Point / MS Excel
Project Management Tools
MyIMO (strong advantage)
Very good german and english skills
Knowledge in asset management
