Stability Coordinator (m/f/d) in Basel

This role involves managing and coordinating sample handling activities related to stability studies in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. Responsibilities include performing pull and staging activities, maintaining accurate records in systems such as LIMS and iLab, and collaborating closely with multiple departments to ensure proper storage and documentation. The position also supports process improvements in sample management and upholds safety and compliance standards in accordance with lab protocols and cGMP regulations.Start date: ImmediatelyEnd date: 29.05.2026Location: BaselResponsibilities:

Perform all pull activities for stability studies. Prepare documents needed for the pull. Login and receive samples in LIMS. Close collaboration with different departments.
Perform all staging activities. Prepare documentation needed for the staging. Collect data in iLab system. Organize storage of boxes in stability chamber in close collaboration with different departments.
Support for sample management process improvement.
Ensure safety and health protection by following lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regulations.

RequirementsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences) or relevant field.Experience working in a GMP environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or analytical lab) is highly preferred.Prior experience with sample handling, staging, and stability studies is a plus.Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for sample tracking and data entry.Experience with iLab or similar inventory/sample tracking systems.Understanding of stability studies and sample lifecycle management.Sounds like a great job?
